Stella Šimunović is a partner with long-standing experience in commercial law, corporate law, legal due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, employment law, insurance law, capital markets, and enforcement and pre-insolvency law. She provides legal support to clients in complex corporate and transactional matters, from project structuring and legal analysis to negotiation, preparation of documentation and implementation of transactions. A distinctive feature of her profile is the combination of legal practice, prior work at KPMG Croatia and additional qualifications in contract law, European Union law, FIDIC contracts, M&A transactions and mediation. She is one of the pioneers of introducing mediation in Croatia as an alternative to court proceedings in dispute resolution.
